Hospital software Somalia – Indo Gargaar Hospital is one of the largest hospitals in the region of Somalia, the East African country, located in the city of Hargeisa. As a joint venture with Metro International Cardiac Centre, they have the first CathLab institution in the Country.
The hospital’s Cathlab department started running around November 2019. Before implementing hospital ERP in Africa, they were using manual processing for billing and all other purposes, such as outpatient registration, inpatient procedures, and discharge notes. The manual process was too tough as they felt difficulty in tracking collections, patient management, and everyone. They are very happy that we could start the Patient Registration and billing operations within two days after starting the implementation.
Following ERP software modules of Purchase, Cash Counter, Finance, etc. have been completed and implementation signed off in a very few days. The deployment of the African region hospital software has reduced the entire workload of staff by 50%; as a result, we could achieve 100% percent patient satisfaction.
